SIFU: ONE LIFE, MANY BRUISES, REAL KUNG FU

8.5 of 10 bananas. Sloclap's revenge brawler rewards mastery hard. Age is the meter. Parries are the religion. Short map, deep skill ceiling.

Get Sifu for PS5 on AmazonSit with me a moment. I botched a club hallway, aged a decade in two deaths, and still walked into the next room because the staff combo finally lived in my hands. Sifu is not a power trip. It is a dojo with street lights.
What It Wants To Be
Sloclap built Sifu as a third-person kung fu action game about revenge across a short set of bespoke levels. Die and you age. Age enough and the run ends. Pack Mei style choreography, environmental takedowns, and a skill tree that rewards study over button mashing.
What Works
Combat clarity is excellent once you learn guards, deflects, and structure damage. Each stage is a handmade classroom. Improving a route feels like real practice. The age system creates stories you will tell the troop. Visual style is bold without clutter. Accessibility options and easier difficulties exist, but the fantasy still asks for focus.
What Breaks
Listen well. The campaign is short if you only rush bosses. Difficulty spikes can tilt cruel before the kit clicks. Narrative is thin beside the fists. If you want a long RPG inventory, this is the wrong temple. Photo mode and cosmetics help style, not length.
Who Should Play
Play if you love learning a martial moveset the hard way, or if you miss sincere beat-em-up craft. Skip if you need narrative weight or a 30 hour map. For another precise action test, read Sekiro.
