What It Wants To Be
An action RPG about dodges, weapon skills, and a sick land full of bosses. Leenzee built it. 505 Games shipped it. The Amazon row is the PS5 Day 1 edition.
What Works
The combat has weight. Weapon styles give you a build fantasy without living in a wiki. The world looks like a place, not a grey corridor. When a fight clicks, the banana is earned.
What Breaks
Listen well. Soulslikes still gatekeep the impatient, and Wuchang is not the gentlest teacher. Some fights snag on camera and readability. Performance has been a public complaint on some machines, so check your box before you preen. The Day 1 disc is not a PC key.
Who Should Play
Play if you want a soulslike that is not another castle in the fog. Skip if you need a story you can nap through, or if you wanted the PC build and clicked a PS5 button by mistake.
